1. Exhaust System: The exhaust system can be set to automatic or manual mode. During operation, the exhaust operates at an energy-efficient medium-low speed to maintain a negative pressure inside the cabinet and prevent air from escaping. When internal sensors detect a gas or volatile organic compound (VOC) leak, the exhaust automatically switches to medium-high speed to prevent toxic and hazardous gases or VOCs from escaping.
2. Filteration System: Based on the chemical substances stored by the user, the system is equipped with a molecular filter for hazardous chemicals. This filter could have the filteration VOCs, acidic gases, alkaline gases, and other harmful substances, purifying the air inside and around the cabinet to ensure the safety of laboratory personnel.
3. Alarm System: The cabinet is equipped with gas concentration detectors, temperature and humidity sensors, and VOC (volatile organic compound) detectors. When these detection indicators exceed normal values, the detectors transmit signals to an alarm, which sounds an on-site buzzer to alert staff to take timely action. The intelligent exhaust system automatically operates to reduce gas concentration, temperature, and humidity to normal ranges, ensuring that the chemicals inside the cabinet will not ignite even if they encounter a fire source.
