Portable Self-Contained Emergency safety Shower and Eyewash 140L SS3140

Mobile self-contained emergency shower and eye wash, free of pipeline installation, is suitable for laboratory and outdoor or mobile use in petroleum, chemical, chemical enterprises, semiconductor, pharmaceutical industry and laboratories.

The corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel nozzle sprays water within one second after activating the eyewash, which is convenient, fast, safe and reliable.

Application:	All stainless steel combination eyewash and shower safety station
Shower Head:	10-1/4" (260mm) diameter stainless steel.
Shower Valve:	1/2" stainless steel stay-open ball valve. Valve has stainless steel ball and PTFE seals.
Spray Head Assembly:	Two Ajusted spray heads. Each head has a dust cover, internal flow control and filter to remove impurities from the water flow.
Eyewash Valve:	1/2" stainless steel stay-open ball valve. Valve has PTFE tape seals.
Eyewash Bowl:	None
Pipe and Fittings:	DN15 (213mm) stainless steel 304 pipe. With 2.5mm thickness
Supply:	1-1/4" female inlet.
Waste:	1-1/4” female outlet
Sign:	Furnished with universal identification sign.
Air Supply:	1/2" female inlet.
Quality Assurance:	Eyewash assembly is factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment. Unit is third-party certified to comply with ANSI Z358.1-2014.
